Ocean Views, White Florals, and Timeless Details

Planning weddings in Newport Beach is always a dream, and this one at the Newport Beach Country Club was no exception! From the stunning white florals to the intimate ocean views, every detail came together beautifully to create a magical day for our couple.

The day started at Hotel Joaquin, a hidden gem with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The bride and her bridesmaids prepped in a gorgeous suite overlooking the water, setting the perfect tone for the day. The natural beauty outside provided the most stunning backdrop for their getting-ready photos. Meanwhile, the groom and his groomsmen relaxed in a suite of their own, just steps away from the beach, soaking in the calm before the excitement of the day.

Once everyone was ready, we made our way to the Newport Beach Country Club, a classic venue with lush greenery and scenic views. The ceremony took place on the perfectly manicured lawn, where rows of white chairs faced a stunning floral arch. We chose all-white florals—think roses, peonies, and sweet peas—to create an elegant, timeless look. The pops of greenery against the white blooms added just the right amount of contrast, keeping things fresh and modern.

After the heartfelt ceremony, guests attended a cocktail hour on the patio, complete with a custom linen bar menu. We love a stylish touch, and this linen menu was the perfect complement to the sleek, coastal vibes of Newport Beach. A live band provided the entertainment for the evening. Playing a mix of upbeat tunes and romantic ballads that kept everyone on their feet.

The reception was held indoors, where the all-white floral theme continued. Tables dressed in crisp white linens, and the arrangements featured more of the lush white blooms we loved. The seating chart was displayed on another linen backdrop, tying in with the bar menu for a cohesive look. Candles flickered softly on each table, adding to the romantic ambiance as the sun set over the country club’s golf course.

Overall, this wedding at Newport Beach Country Club was a true celebration of love, family, and fun. Every detail, from the floral arrangements to the live music, came together to create a day that the couple (and their guests!) will remember for a lifetime. As a wedding planner, it was a joy to help bring their vision to life in such a beautiful location.
